Accessories
🗹 For accessories, the advance amount is totally not refundable.
🗹 Only in the case of unavailability of the product or Out Of Stock status, We will refund the full amount.
🗹 If we ship the product and after that the customer wants to cancel the product, we will not give any refund and also customer will not be able to change to another product.
🗹 Please Notice, from the date of your order, You must make the request for refund within 3 working days. No request will be accepted after the mentioned period.

Procedure of Device Refund

Refund process for online gateway payment
🗹 If the payment is completed through SSL comm. Online gateway then the refund will be processed according to SSL Comm. Refund policy.
🗹 If the Customer wants instant refund (within 24 hours) after completing the payment through SSl comm. He/She will only get the product price as refund. Tab Seller will not take any liability of online gateway / EMI charge.

What is the Refund Mode?​
🗹 Refunds are made through BANK TRANSFER & Bkash.

Can you request an exchange rather than a refund?
🗹 If you prefer to exchange your product, just inform our Customer Service. We will evaluate and guide you for the next steps.
🗹 If Tab Seller fails to deliver a product after confirming the order due to market unavailability, Tab Seller will refund the payment within 24 Hours
🗹 Customers will only get the product price as refund (website price). Tab Seller will not take any liability of any online gateway charge / EMI charge / Bkash charge/ Nagad charge/ Bank charge.

🗹 এক্সেসরিস এর ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণভাবে অফেরত যোগ্য ।
🗹 যদি অর্ডার করা প্রোডাক্ট এভেইলেবল না থাকে সেক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে।
🗹 প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পর কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন না ।
🗹 অর্ডার করার ৭২ ঘণ্টা এর মধ্যে রিফান্ড এর জন্য অবেদন করতে হবে। ৭২ ঘন্টা অতিক্রম হওয়ার পর কোন প্রকার রিফান্ড এর আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

🗹 যদি অর্ডার করা প্রোডাক্ট এভেইলেবল না থাকে সেক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে।
🗹 প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পর কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন না ।
🗹 অর্ডার করার ৭২ ঘণ্টা এর মধ্যে রিফান্ড এর জন্য অবেদন করতে হবে। ৭২ ঘন্টা অতিক্রম হওয়ার পর কোন প্রকার রিফান্ড এর আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

অনলাইন গেটওয়ে পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে
🗹 কাস্টমার যদি SSL Comm. অনলাইন গেটওয়ে এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্য করে থাকেন সেক্ষেত্রে SSL Comm. এর রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করা হবে।
🗹 যদি কাস্টমার রিফান্ড নিতে চান সেখত্রে Tab Seller থেকে শুধুমাত্র প্রোডাক্ট এর মুল্য রিফান্ড করা হবে। অনলাইন গেটওয়ে চার্জ EMI/Bkash/Nagad/Rocket চার্জ এর কোনো দায়বদ্ধতা Tab Seller বহন করবে না।

রিফান্ড এর অপশন কি?
🗹 রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র ব্যাংক ট্র্যান্সফার এবং বিকাশ এর মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হবে।

আপনি কি রিফান্ড এর পরিবর্তে এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন?
🗹 যদি আপনি রিফান্ড এর পরিবর্তে কোন প্রোডাক্ট নিতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস এ যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
🗹 অর্ডার গ্রহন এর পর মার্কেট এ প্রোডাক্ট না থাকার কারনে Tab Seller প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভার করতে ব্যার্থ হলে কাস্টমার কে ২৪ ঘন্টা এর মধ্যে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে। এক্ষেত্রে অনলাইন গেটওয়ে চার্জ / বিকাশ / নগদ চার্জ কিংবা ব্যাংক চার্জ ফেরত পাবে না, শুধু পণ্যের নগদ মূল্যটিই ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
